Heritage timelessness and minimal design

IELTS is an international language testing and tertiary student counselling service, and their Auckland branch came into contact with us to help with the refurbishment of a beautifully-preserved 1800 heritage building. We worked closely with IELTS Auckland to ensure we retained the stunning features of the heritage facade, with our signature modern and minimalistic Buterin twist.

We worked hand-in-hand with our bespoke joinery shop to create an open-plan, vibrant space using IDP Education’s (the group under which IELTS runs) colour scheme of orange, green and blue. Soft furnishings, tables and pendant lights complimented the heritage space perfectly. Additionally, our team cleverly coupled this palette with the building’s exposed wooden ceilings, classic timber flooring, and classic sash windows. We formed a wonderful working relationshop with IELTS and IDP Education, and the client completed similar fit-outs throughout Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth with our help.
